In this introductory class, students will learn the basics of Thai massage strokes and will slowly emphasize compression and rocking. The use of manual stretching techniques will be incorporated. Will be taught using floor mats. Bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mats. Dress in yoga attire. September 23rd 9:00 AM-6:00 PM and 24th 9:00 AM-4:00
