Learn effective techniques for addressing the most common types of sports injuries with an emphasis on the upper body. Injuries such as post concussion syndrome, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, strains, rotator cuff injuries and more will be covered.
Massage for Sports Injuries 2 – Lower Body
Learn how to treat common sports injuries of the lower body in this hands-on class. Injuries such as runner’s knee, ACL injury, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, and more will be addressed. Prevention and self-care will also be covered.
