Greetings,
Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction and reviewing my résumé. Currently, I am seeking a Guest Service Representative position while completing my Bachelors degree in Journalism & Mass Communication through Ashford University online. I maintain a perfect 4.00 grade point average in all of my classes in school, and I have been added to the latest University Dean’s List for the fourth time since January of 2016. My education in writing and communication are added tools to benefit my professional success.
Over the years, my positions held throughout various industries have enabled me to harness versatile customer service skills, both over the phone and face-to-face. Regardless of the workplace setting, I remain focused on educating and assisting the client in a manner which benefits both the client and the company.
