Hiring for a Professional Massage Therapist, Licensed in the State of Arizona to provide 60 & 90 Minute mixed western modality custom massages for clients in our beautifully appointed studios located in central Gilbert, Arizona.
This job is geared towards the therapist who is looking to complete 20+ hours per week of massage.
Over 60% of scheduled sessions are for repeat clients. Regular clients receive a generous price discount, which leaves therapists receiving over 25% avg tip rate. Therapists of course keep 100% of their tips.
This is a perfect opportunity to practice your profession in our spacious 2 studio location in the beautiful Western Skies Business Center.
This is not a “knock’em out 1,2,3” type work environment. Your challenge is to create a door-to-door experience for your client that fosters their trust and confidence in the natural healing properties of massage. You are encouraged to foster a wellness oriented professional relationship with your client.
And should you ever leave Vivid Soul, you are welcome to your clients.

Vivid Soul Bodywork offers massage specializations such as Hot Stone, Aroma Therapy and Prenatal massage during all trimesters.
Using our online scheduling system, therapists easily create and manipulate their own dynamic schedule of availability.
Therapists also enjoy being treated like therapists. No spinning signs trying to get walkins. No stuffing flyers on windshields in parking lots.
We want you to focus on that door-2-door 5-star experience.
Therapists begin their session when the client crosses the threshold into Vivid Soul Bodywork, and they maintain that welcoming, compassionate and professional relationship as the client floats out the door.
About Vivid Soul Bodywork
Vivid Soul Bodywork has been located in the Western Skies Business Center since 2013.
We are a by appointment only establishment.
Therapists are able to "advertise" themselves via our online presence.
Clients are able to view a picture, and read a short bio of each therapist.
Clients will actually be selecting you based upon your public profile.
Clients who use "Auto-Select" will be driven to your availability first.
Therapists are welcome to accept "call-in" traffic and can set their same day availability online.
( Some of our longest client relationships started with a same day "please help" appointment. )
Vivid Soul Bodywork offers per massage compensated employment. We withhold all taxes and provide direct deposit.

Is Licensed & Certified in the State of Arizona as a Massage Therapist.
Is Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy listed & active.
Is Self Insured (ie. ABMP, ATMA), including Hot Stone Therapy.
Would love to participate in couples massage & bodywork sessions.
Would love to provide medical, deep tissue, hot stone and aroma therapy based massages.
Is committed to increasing their knowledge & skills in their practice of Massage Therapy.
Is already, or is possibly looking to specialize, so as to increase their value as a practitioner of Massage Therapy.

While Vivid Soul Bodywork therapists do set their own schedule…at this time…That schedule is to be available most weekends and some weekdays.
