Overview
The Spa is hiring a licensed massage therapist to join our busy day spa! The Spa offers a variety of massage services available to our clients including: swedish, deep tissue/therapeutic, hot stone, aromatherapy, reflexology, and prenatal.
We provide all tools and supplies necessary for services. We are looking for skilled technicians with open availability preferred. Part time and full time opportunities are available. Benefits include discounted services, free continuing education courses, paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid commission for product sales.
Job duties include:
Ability to perform massages on diverse clients and body types
Greeting clients with a positive attitude
Proficient knowledge of services offered
Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
Develop and promote client treatment plans
Ability to offer and explain an individualized experience for client during intake
Maintaining accurate treatment plans for your clients
Must be able to attend and participate in trainings and meetings
Ensuring clients are satisfied with your services
Rebooking your clients so they continue to come back to you
Guiding clients to the products and other services offered by the spa
Must provide the best possible client experience
This position is hourly + tips full time employees will be guaranteed $40,000 a year starting, Full time requires 40 hours a week.
