Massage Therapist

Overview

Recreation and Wellness is seeking a Massage Therapist for the Purdue West Lafayette campus to provide a variety of massage therapy modalities. Knowledge and experience in deep tissue and/or athletic massage is preferred.  This position reports to the Senior Assistant Director, Wellness Programs. The position offers flexible hours, competitive pay, payroll services, no room fees, laundry and supplies provided, free membership to facilities, supplemental pay, scheduling services, 30 minutes paid between massages, and an option to have benefits. Therapists are expected to work 15-30 hours per week in manner suitable to their schedule. While flexibility does exist for therapists to create their own schedule, occasional weekend work is expected.

During COVID, all clients are required to wear a mask and specific protocols are established for client and therapist safety.
