Duties and Responsibilities:
•Demonstrate ability to apply principles of massage therapy.
•Provide therapeutic massage services using different modalities.
•Maintain knowledge of contraindications with massage therapy.
•Determine the most appropriate massage method and frequency of massage.
•Refer and schedule clients for massage therapy treatment plans .
•Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness and be able to convey the benefits of massage therapy.
•Provide massage services offsite at corporations.
•Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.
•Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English.
•Complete assigned massage therapy appointments and documentation according to department policies and standards of certified massage therapy
•Exhibit customer-centric service to clients.
•Display a teachable mindset.
•Able to work evenings and weekends. Some holidays required.

Education, Skills and Training:
•Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy and a certificate of completion.
•Participate in continuing education to improve effectiveness.
•Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current massage license.
•Knowledge of, and experience in performing, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour

In order to keep our team members safe, we provide masks, face shields, gloves, & hand sanitizer for use. All rooms are equipped with air purifiers for clean & sanitized air flow. Temperature checks are regularly executed for team members & clients.
