Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team of wellness professionals and collaborate with our chiropractors to provide therapeutic and rehabilitative massage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy, a client-focused approach, and a passion for holistic health. Whether you specialize in therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, or medical massage, we value your expertise and commitment to enhancing client well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments to address pain management, injury recovery, and overall wellness.
- Collaborate with chiropractors to develop integrated and customized treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct client consultations to assess health history and recommend the most effective techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care practices for continued wellness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advanced techniques, and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Florida.
- Experience in therapeutic, medical, or rehabilitative massage is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, musculoskeletal conditions, and pain management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
