Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized and therapeutic massage treatments. The ideal candidate will have a caring approach, strong communication skills, and expertise in various massage techniques. Whether you specialize in deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, or other modalities, we value your unique skills and dedication to enhancing well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients’ physical conditions and recommend suitable techniques.
- Maintain a clean, serene, and professional treatment environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and suggest self-care practices for overall wellness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Collaborate with the Origins of Wellness team to create a harmonious and supportive work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, etc.) is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for holistic wellness and client care.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
