  • Wages start at $22 per service hour and go up from there depending on the service.
  • There is a $8.50 wage paid when they are on the schedule but not booked with a massage.

  • Therapists can make 10% commission on retail sales and make $12 for a new membership sale.
  • We have monthly bonuses to earn free products and services.
  • Every staff members get 1 free 60 minute massage per month and can get additional work done at 50% off menu rates.
  • Each new staff member gets 1 free acupuncture treatment and 50% off subsequent treatments.
  • Team members that contribute approved blog articles get $25 per article.
