Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Esthetician who is dedicated to enhancing our clients’ natural beauty and well-being. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the latest skincare techniques and products, delivering personalized and results-driven treatments. Your expertise and client-focused approach will play a key role in ensuring every guest leaves feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other esthetic services.
- Conduct skin consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment room in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and advanced skincare techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician License in the state of California.
- Proven experience as an Esthetician in a spa or salon environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of skincare treatments and waxing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and holistic wellness.
