Position Type: Guest Services (Hospitality, Front Desk & Sales Associate)
Do you love people and strive to offer superior customer service? Our Guest Services Associate position is for YOU! Join the exciting and fast paced spa environment at CWS. You must have a positive attitude and enjoy serving others. You will be responsible for greeting our guests in the friendliest of manner and offer them a level of customer service that is unprecedented. You will answer the phones, escort guests to the locker room, check them out at the conclusion of their spa day, assist guests with their retail purchases, and be helpful to them in any other way needed. Knowledge of the spa program Millennium is a BIG plus.
Candidates should have a drive for success and desire to learn and grow. Hours for this position will include weekends, and holidays and some evening hours during the Fall and Winter seasons.
•Previous front desk experience in a high-end or luxury spa environment preferred.
•Knowledge of retail sales
•Initiative to build strong client relationships
•Millennium Software Experience beneficial
•Ability to learn services offered on spa menu
•Exceptional customer service a must
•Superb organizational skills
•Provide excellent communication to clients, service providers and management
•A desire to work as part of a team
•High integrity and work ethic a must
