Overview
The American Massage & Bodywork Institute (AMBI), located in Vienna, VA, is seeking part-time Massage Therapy Instructors to teach our 700-hour Massage Therapy curriculum. AMBI is located across from the Spring Hill Metro station, and has ample parking for commuters.
The Night/Weekend schedule runs Tuesday-Thursday 6pm-10:30pm & Saturday 9am-6pm. Instructors will, at times, meet with students virtually online to conduct lectures and tutoring sessions. The commitment is approximately 25 hours a week, and there are opportunities for advancement.
Established in 2015, AMBI was founded to be the leading school in the training of new massage therapists, provide continuing education to existing therapists, and work with the public to increase awareness of the benefits of Massage Therapy.
Qualifications:
Current Massage Therapy License
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed, practicing Massage Therapist
Previous teaching experience a plus but not required
Experience with MS Office Suite
