Massage for Joint Pain: Upper Body (Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist)

In this fast paced world of non-stop action, on-the-go lifestyles, and little time to rest and properly care for our bodies, our joints get overused, stressed, injured, and create limited range of motion. With safe stretching, strengthening and care, our joints can begin to repair themselves and eliminate and/or drastically reduce pain. This course is broken into two sections; upper body and lower body. In the upper body portion, we will focus on the shoulder, elbow, and wrist joints. Stretching techniques such as PNF, AIS, Thai Massage, and MET will be explored, along with more advanced techniques such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
