Introduction to Reflexology: Part 1 (Saturday)
During this introductory training students will learn the History of Reflexology, Mapping, How to Find Guidelines, Increase Palpation Skills, Incorporate Areas of Emphasis, Fundamental Relaxation Techniques, plus Basic Thumb Walking and Basic Finger Walking Skills. Each student will leave with detailed technique handouts and a fundamental understanding of how to incorporate Foot and Hand Reflexology into a bodywork session. This class is for all levels and is a perfect way to enhance your bodywork practice.

Introduction to Reflexology: Part 2 (Sunday)
During this training students will learn about the Horizontal and Vertical Zones, Foot Reading, The Reflexology Session Routine, Advance Leverage and Body Mechanics, Advanced Point Work Techniques, and will have a thorough review of Part 1 to ensure information retention. This second part of the Introduction to Reflexology series is only open to Massage Therapists who have taken Part 1 as the techniques and palpation skills required are at a more advanced level.
