Price: $445, early registration price. Hold your spot with a $100 deposit. Commuters pay a site usage fee of $20/day additional that includes snacks but no lunches and $32/day additional which includes snacks and lunch. Accommodations pricing is below.

Can you tell me more about the on-site accommodations at the retreat center?
We highly recommend taking advantage of this retreat location and staying onsite, particularly if you live more than 30 minutes from the Well Being Retreat Center. The Well Being Retreat Center offers a variety of accommodations including tent camping, cabinettes, shared cabins or a private cabin. To read more about the accommodation options, click here. Please note that accommodations are assigned by The Well Being Retreat Center on a first come, first served basis. After you have registered online for the training, download the housing application and follow the instructions to reserve your accommodations and meals. Housing fees are payable directly to Well Being Foundation. Costs listed below are per person for 3 nights and include three meals daily.

Are meals available during the training?
Yes, meals are included with your accommodations price if you are staying on-site.. The meals are healthy vegetarian and when possible, contain fresh organic and local ingredients. If you have any food restrictions or dietary needs, please let us know in advance. If you are commuting you can purchase lunch for $12 per day.
Can I room with someone I know?
Yes. When you register for your accommodations you can indicate that you would like to share a room with someone you know. If you are traveling alone and would like shared accommodations, the Well Being Retreat Center will pair you with a same-gender roommate.
Will there be time in the schedule for rest, hiking or kayaking?
The training runs from 9am-6pm each day on Thursday, Friday & Saturday with a one hour break for lunch. You may wish to come a day early or stay a day late to enjoy the potent natural setting at the Well Being Retreat Center. There are plenty of places to hike and kayaks are available and included in the price.
Can I add on days if I want to extend my stay?
Yes. To add additional days, please arrange this when booking your accommodations and meals through the Well Being Retreat Center.
I’m a massage therapist – will I receive continuing education hours for this training?
Yes. The Integrative Reflexology Certification is NCBMTB Approved for 24 CE hours. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the training to submit to your state licensing board or for recertification with the NCBTMB.
What do I bring?
You will receive a welcome email after registering with a list of what to bring and how to book your accommodations (if you are not commuting). This email arrives within 24-48 hours of your registration. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam box and add the email info@cultivatinginnerstillness.com to your contacts. We’ll need one massage table and foot basin for every two people plus sheets, pillows and a blanket.
I am not a massage therapist, can I take this Integrative Reflexology training?
Yes, this training is open to anyone who has an interest in this healing modality. If you have no anatomy or physiology education, we recommend that you review the body organ systems and functions. If you are NOT a massage therapist, in order to practice reflexology in the state of Tennessee, you must have 200 hours of education in reflexology prior to charging for services. Non-massage therapists can read more about this regulation here. Massage therapists receive 24 NCBTMB CE’s.
